Details

What is leadership integrity? As a widely overused and under-researched concept, integrity is a prerequisite for acting wisely in leading oneself and others. How is integrity understood among contemporary leaders, scholars of leadership and practitioners, and how is its understanding developing in transformative communities?

During the Colloquium, we will propose a mapping of “integrity” as a basis for those who wish to learn more about it and identify practices to effectively support individuals and groups to act with integrity, especially in challenging circumstances. We invite participants  to explore this fascinating topic together.

After introducing the topic, we will ask some reflective questions and guide participants into a practice to explore their own integrity.
