Next Stage Social Science: Integrating objectivity with (inter-) subjectivity in support of self and community transformation

A new world can be seen by a new kind of consciousness. Among the research perspectives making space for adult development, contemporary action research is gaining popularity due to (?) its “praxis” emphasis. Hilary will discuss and illustrate action research’s complementarity to conventional social science. Participants are invited to share their own experience with regard to integrating objectivity with (inter-) subjectivity. We are especially eager to learn about work that connects adult development to social transformation.
