Education for Global Competence

We´ll present the core principles that guided the design and development of our “Social Architect” curriculum, rooted in the integral perspective. After running four cycles of this education program in German-speaking countries, we share our evaluation, as well as the adjustments we made in order to better address both the needs of the students and the requirements of the rapidly changing environment. We invite the audience to explore two questions and share insights, impulses and feelings around them: what would you identify as core dispositions necessary to easily navigate complex human ecosystems? And how much significance would you give to the dimension of intuition (Beyond Ego) in the context of these global competences?
