Seit unserem letzten Kolloquium zur politischen Psychologie Putins am 23.2.2022 hat sich der Konflikt zwischen Russland und der Ukraine in einen Krieg verwandelt, der seither unser aller Aufmerksamkeit dominiert und einige Grundfesten unserer politischen Welt erschüttert.

Aus aktuellem Anlaß ändern wir daher unser Kolloquiumsprogramm mit einem Blick auf die Tiefenstrukturen des Konflikts, die wir mithilfe einer systemischen Aufstellung erkunden wollen.

Recent joint announcements by the mayors of the European region reflect the intricate relationship between human, social and urban development. They speak about the link between individual and collective resilience, and the close connection between people, place and planet. At the same time, knowledge of adult development frameworks and how a better understanding of them might contribute to resilience is still limited in public policy circles.

Since March of 2020, Uncertainty Lab has been a self-organized, virtual pilot with no agenda other than acknowledging, witnessing and staying curious about our uncertainties. Is it meta-cognitive? Yes, but if we say it this way, the mind tends to go into logical search mode, orienting toward certainty and closure.
